Donald Trump is right, Ron Paul will never get elected President. His idiotic sycophants booing and jeering speakers at CPAC won't help his cause either.

I'll gladly vote for that "lunatic" over anything else I've seen out there. Instead of Obama, we could should have had Ron Paul.

I like Paul, but he is a bit off his rocker. We are too far gone down the path to embrace Libertarianism as a nation, sadly. I like that he brings the thoughts and ideas out to the mainstream and it makes many stop and think.

Ron Paul has to show he's willing to compromise otherwise it would be 4 years of govt paralyzed. He would veto everything. He has no chance really to get elected as he runs now.

This is great news. He won't make it out of New Hampshire. If he's the leader before that point, the Republicans will be in for a woodshedding...

we've embraced socialism and the muslim religion because there was good marketing. he just has to market his beliefs better.

Allen West just said Go Rocky Top at this CPAC meeting.

Love him.

I want a DeMint/West ticket in 2012!

Go Vols! The 2 best conservatives in DC are both UT grads! (and both are better than any elected official in Tennessee. Corker and Alexander are both pathetic.)

Paul is a hypocrite on earmarks.

But I like it when he talks about disbanding the Departments of Education and Energy. But I don't like his stance on Defense.

No one on that list is really all that likely to beat Obama right now. And if economy continues to improve and Obama shows compromise with the GOP over time so as to win back some moderates....

Seems like 2016 is the true battleground.

you are high if you don't think whoever the GOP puts up has an excellent chance of beating obama.
