Well recruiting is the life blood of the the SEC unless you can coach like James Franklin.

This could turn out to be just what Florida needs, or taking Roper from Cut's staff could turn out to be as valuable as taking Pease from Petersen's staff.

Pease sucked while he was at Baylor and Pease sucked while at UF. Seems to be a theme there. I'd say the brains of the Boise operation just took the job at Warshington.

The brains of Duke success definitely stayed in Durham.
