Rose Bowl Game: #1 Michigan vs #4 Alabama (5PM EST, ESPN)

You’re so FOS if you think that was acting. He blatantly ran into his kicking leg while it was still in motion. Did he sell the injury aspect of it? Maybe. But he still obviously got ran into and it should’ve been a penalty. Being blind to objectiveness due to hatred is mentally lazy.

Looking the other way…. He intentionally ran into him? Had nothing to do with his forward momentum and the same old flop that every punter tries at one time or another.

And it wasn’t called on the field with the back judge standing right there so there.

TTUN ( the team up north) is the best team in the nation in the trenches, and that's what wins championships. I think Michigan will wear them out in the 2nd half.

The rule doesn’t state it has to be intentional. No one intentionally tries to hit the punter. He unequivocally ran into his kicking leg while it was still in motion. A flag should’ve been thrown. The back judge not throwing it doesn’t mean it wasn’t a penalty, that means it was a penalty that wasn’t called. When Bama isn’t called for holds does that mean they didn’t hold and Barron faked being clotheslined?

Not a penalty cause a flag wasn’t thrown so all is well…

No they aren’t. That’s like saying well Tennessee is better than Florida.

Guess what they aren’t either.
I honestly think GA is better than all 4 playoff teams, but we lost when we couldn’t afford to. We didn’t deserve a Playoff spot under this year’s circumstances

If they called every hold games would last 8-9 hours. Forward momentum can be stopped on a dime I guess

That’s fine to think that everyone has an opinion but at the end of the day they didn’t show up on the big stage when it mattered.

Tennessee didn’t going into the South Carolina game last season. It’s unfortunate but it happens.

You take a different angle. It’s not hard. Iowa punted 100x today and we never ran into the punter. No penalty outside of after the play unsportsmanlike stuff is intentional.

Officials botched that call: he was not in bounds. When he finally controlled the ball, his foot was clearly in the air. BS call. When he was toe-dragging, he had not yet caught the ball.
