It's good in the short term but is it in the long term? He would not be staying unless there was NIL money that could rival what he would get in Europe. It becomes a slippery slope and you wonder how much longer before the NCAA just turns into another professional league and the idea of student/athlete is tossed aside.

TN has no choice but to participate in the NIL chaos. The upside is that it’s evening the field with those blue bloods that had been buying players for years without the NCAA ever punishing their cash cows.
