So tragic and sad. It's crazy to think that you can end your life as you knew it by doing something you love.

Good news: He has been moved to a rehabilitation facility

"Although Eric suffered a serious injury, his mind and his spirit are intact," Cheryl Curet said. "He told a physical therapist, 'Don't challenge me -- you will lose.' He's stubborn, he's a fighter. We have no doubt he will come through this."

Heard on the radio yesterday that they had to move him back to a hospital due to an extremely high temperature.

Hopefully it's one of the injuries that can be repaired.

There was a military guest on TDS that was paralyzed from the neck down and the Doctors at one of the military hospitals were able to treat the injury using high blood pressure to have the body repair the injury itself.
