I'll let the video speak for itself.

Thoughts?

I'd like it better if he was doing boxing out drills, working on finishing putbacks and banging against 2-3 guys for 30 minutes within 5 feet of the goal. That's what UT needs next year out of him. I've continued to say, as soon as he realizes he isn't a college guard, he'll be better.

A good high school player could run through that workout in a similar fashion except minus the dunks. This would be my evaluation (granted, it means nothing).

1.) His spins were incredibly slow considering his athletic ability.

2.) He shot incredibly easy shots the entire time that any decent shooter could hit.

3.) Polynice tossing him a ball at the freethrow line and having him shoot a layup looked like a Jr. Pro drill.

4.) I saw him do a spin up and under and did not make a full fake on the up and under. If you can't do that against air, it's never going to happen against elite competition.

5.) On the post up drills, if Polynice had actually played defense, Woolridge would have never got a shot off; however, his lefty hook was about the only halfway impressive thing I saw in this video.

Nice, gotta love the effort from this kid. I hope he influences some of the other players to do the same. This team has lacked leadership from a player stand point ever since the '09-'10 season ended

I will go on record right now as saying Renaldo will be our leading scorer next year.

Say wha??? I would say as of right now that either McRae or Hall will be our leading scorer. Hall if he can stay out of foul trouble. We sorely lack scorers this season somethin bad...

I agree with pretty much all of this. Me and other people who do workouts together do some of the same things and we certainly aren't D-1. Most players put in similar work to what Renaldo is doing.

Considering the jump shot starts with the legs, sitting in a chair and shooting is weird. I'd like to hear why.

I'm telling you, there is no way on Earth that is an NBA level workout. That's more like a high school level individual workout.

The fact that he couldn't even properly complete a spin up and under was just unbelievable to me. He's been playing Div. 1 SEC ball for 3 years and can't do a move that is standard for a high school post.

That certainly stood out to me.

Not bad IMO.

Apparently he is going to make several dunk videos along with his workouts for a dunk contest of sorts.
