Ryan Day very cocky/confident overlooking Tennessee and already talking about Oregon

He said he has players that have already played us and that they know they can handle us (paraphrased)

Additionally says it’ll be great to get this one win to catapult them going forward for the rest of the playoffs
That’s not what he said at all. He was asked about the entire playoff field and said that they have already played some of the teams in the playoff, i.e. Oregon and Penn State and they know that they can compete with any one in the field. He was nothing but complimentary of Tennessee.

Bet he was sure they were going to beat Michigan this year too. Oh wait…..

Bring it like it is 1996!

But on one of the Citrus Bowl's most crucial plays, George couldn't make an inch. That magnified the significance of UT's 20-14 victory in a showdown of top-five teams. The Vols won this game the way you win national championships. They won with defense.

Isn’t Ryan Day an Urban Meyer product? If so, F- that guy. If not, still F- that guy.

But we need to play focused and pi$$ed off regardless. The narrative on the VOLS is that we’re brittle on the road in hostile environments. Coach Heupel is saying the right things, we need to SHOW it in this one. Just go get it done.

Our D-line is the strength of our team - OSU’s O-line has been sketchy. Our run game is strong - OSU’s run defense isn’t great.

Get. It. Done. No excuses.
