Really not impressed with the Gamecock D. They kept saying on the radio here that it was bad against the run but pass at your own risk. Looks like that is more a reflection of their opponents than it is their secondary.

Didn't get to see this game but UMass only lost by 6 despite 4 TOs...they also had 400 yards total offense

UMass couldn't get out of their own way. Gamecocks new qb did pretty well but he also didn't face a good pass rush. Incidentally, Gamecock's o-line didn't look good either. They also used a 2 qb system, bringing the other one in basically to run the wildcat.
