Ok fellow VOLS, I need help...... With the station line up. I've called charter and well there no help. Question I have is on charter cable in Kingsport Tennessee, is the network going to be on basic cable or do ya hve to have the digital upgrade? Charter customer service could not answer my question, soooo I decided to come to the experts for help. TIA

I have talked to three separate Charter Reps and received three different answers to this question, the last one was last night and he was the most confused of the bunch. I was placed on hold several times so he could "verify" his information and he wound up confirming nothing. Typical Charter Customer Service I suppose. I do know that no SEC network tonight means DISH gets a call in the morning.

There is a channel here in West TN not on the digital tier its channel 34

It's not showing up on directv either.

For Directv you can get to Channel 611 on the channel guide online and setup a recording. I believe the Phone app works as well.

Haha, wish it was that easy. City leaders would never do it. There tryin to get rid of cable completely to cut the budget as it is.
