Mine either. We had both been through "starter marriages", that are very similar to "starter homes". So we were somewhat smarter.
First thing, we realized the importance of the "mine, yours, and ours" doctrine. We have always had things (money, time, possessions) that were divided among those three categories. Never have had an argument about what got done with "mine" or "yours", and therefore the same is true with the "ours".
