Sanders Campaign Russian Collusion

I don’t know all of the rules but I think I’ve read that if the nomination isn’t secured on the first ballot it’s up to the super delegates.

That’s what I understand . If it comes to a second ballot then the money and power brokers of the DNC can pick who they want .

Well we know how Dems have such difficulty accepting loss, so I cannot imagine the outrage and effect in the general if they nominate an outsider.

Bernie isn’t Trump , he’s a socialist with a target audience of 25 and under . He will be running against a very hot economy trying to convince people more taxes are good .
You must be doing very well to worry about Bernie's tax on the rich.

Anything over 29k and your taxes are on a progressive scale that he doesn’t want to disclose . Use your noggin .

It will be interesting if it gets to that. Who do they nominate? Michelle? Kerry? Surely they wouldn’t go to well and bring Hillary out again would they?

Where did your get your 29k figure?

Out of his mouth. How embarrassing it has to be to you liberals that we republicans know more about your candidates than you do . Who is actually the LIV here ?

I honestly don’t know because Bernie scares them so much they could bring anyone popular out . Somebody goofy and out of the norm like Tom Hanks / Michelle

JMO, but bringing in an outsider would disillusion a lot of voters. They really can't afford to do that. Then again, it's not like they've been making the best decisions.

I really think they would have to go with someone popular to the masses . Joe was a flop and hurt them bad . It will be the most interesting one( convention) in decades regardless

If this happens I look for them to nominate someone they think has a chance in 2024 to get them exposure. Also someone that might help lessen the congressional losses.

I'm voting for not Trump. It's that simple. I learned from 2016 and the Redhat justification that it wasn't who you are voting for but who you're voting against. I will play by those rules. Hey, maybe if you put up a better candidate.

I'm not sure anyone is popular enough to overcome the stigma of choosing someone who wasn't previously in the race. But that's JMO. At the very least, I think you'd see the Bernie supporters defect en masse. Not necessarily vote for Trump, but just not vote at all. Or maybe they encourage Bernie to run third party. I just think it inevitably hurts the Dems and gives Trump an easy win.

Lol.......We don't care who you vote for. Go write in a dog catcher's name. If that's your choice.

With the Democrats recent track record on strategy, Blagojevich seems most likely.

Not sure if I've ever seen a party in as much disarray as the Democratic Party currently is.
