Sarah Huckabee-Sanders Asked to Leave Restaurant

Al Bundy hated the French, wusses, and everything the Libs stand for. We need more Al Bundy's today! :)

Its like the left is not satisfied with being complete lunatics only once a week with their fake rage du jour and constantly strive to find anything to make themselves look even more batsh!t crazy.

Congrats libtards you make the birthers look like the most normal people in human history!

The fact that you are even defending this shows what kind of human being you are.

I'm not defending it. I think she should have been served. But that's based on my belief that discrimination based on political ideology is stupid. I was just pointing out that such discrimination is permitted because it's not a protected class.

I think it's all crappy.

I just googled the Biden thing as I had never heard of it. The article says they were angry over the “you didn’t build that” statement from Obama.
Strange way to protest imo. Should have taken his money. Worked slowly while they told him in great detail how they disagreed with the statement.

The two sitiations are not even comparable. Bidens team asked the baker if he would host a media event while he was on his way to a speech at VT.

Yep. I just saw that. First and last time I will reference a tweet from a CNN reporter.

Still bet there were plenty in here who came to the defense of the bakery that refused service to a gay couple.

You could have just outright stated that this was ridiculous, but you didnt. Instaed, you used the "law" as a way to take a shot at this situation because it involves Trump. We all know how you operate.

Did that happen? Never heard of it. What was the basis?

I had to search it but it did happen. He was mad over the you didn’t build that comment from president Obama. I don’t think I could do that to someone. It might make them feel better in the moment but I would feel terrible for treating someone that way.

You do realize that baker had served the gay couple for years. He just did not want to participate in their ceremony as it was against his beliefs.

If he had said “I don’t serve gays!” That’s a problem. But why are their beliefs more important than the bakers? I thought this was actually an insightful case. Instead it gets throw out basically on a technicality.

And that will accomplish what? Nothing. Our politicians dont work for us. We work for them. We are all under their thimb.

I don't think I appreciate your defeatist attitude.

Toughen up, there are no brown men on this plane.

Luther seems to think it's okay to throw morality and civility out the window if you hate someone. My joke about poisoning Hillary aside(and yes, it was a joke), do you think hate should be a valid excuse for murder, too? If Trump were to be assassinated, would that be okay too, because, you know, hate?

Surely you can come up with a better argument? Or am I once again overestimating you?

I think everyone has their line. (you remember how much I like lines.)

AS AN EXTREME EXAMPLE (not drawing ANY comparisons): If you were a restaurant owner and someone came in who had gotten away with raping one of your family members, would you be polite and civil and serve him like any other customer?

What about a person you know to have been one of the masterminds behind the 911 attack?

Where's your line? Everyone has one.

Does hate justify murder? Rarely, it would depend on the justification of the hatred.

Just another big picture example of how both religion and politics can obstruct basic human civility instead of facilitating it.

Taking your dumb ass example and over qualifying it doesn’t make it any more applicable Luth.

Learn how to read better. I had this post on page 1 of this thread:

I'm all for adding categories for protection. I don't think you should be able to discriminate for stupid reasons, like sexual orientation and politics. Throw it all in there. You guys are usually the ones in favor of letting proprietors decide who they serve and who they don't.
