I had a chance to go to that game tonight but thought i would be able to close on my house yesterday so i declined. Smh. Still not closed and now not going.

Good. Yeah that sounds like an issue that wouldn't have occurred if we still had control of who did the appraisal. Now we have these silly appraisal management co. that pick the appraisers and act as the go between. They shotgun the orders to several local appraisers and whoever responsed first gets the order. Dumb imo
