I saw good ole Lane Kiffin this morning in Stamford (recruiting that PSU RB):lolabove:.....said he actually loved his time in Knoxville, TN and if the USC job never opened we would be playing for a SEC and National championship this year.

How would that conversation even get started? I feel like if you approach him about anything UT related he would take it as hostility.

No we would not. We would be on probation and on a bowl ban.

Of course we would be in a better spot if Kiffin stayed. Not because he's a much better head coach, but because there wouldn't have been such a turnover in staff and recruits. Lane leaving after only 1 year sat us back at least 2 years.

Also, who says we can't compete for a SEC Championship this year? The SEC East really isn't as great this year as it has been in the past. UGA is slated to win it not because they are vastly superior but because they have a super easy schedule.

It's hard to argue any of this.
