how can you say that when pelosi and the likes are all for it! also, you know as well as i do that whatever a democratic congress pushes through obama will sign.

that's purely a misguided racism eliminator. This won't be remotely that easy.

Political commentary is a far tougher beast to handle in legal terms. It's also not going to pass muster to force stations to carry unprofitable trash while scrapping the profitable.

Finally, don't forget that the huge networks are all massively liberal and would have to essentially stop all newscasts.
