‘23 SC WR Devin Hyatt (Arizona)

Has anyone actually watched him this past year?

Tell me what you think when someone does....

Devin Hyatt is a must get. Better WR than his brother. Makes contested catches and can get off of press coverage. He is also a better route runner.

I would enjoy seeing these brothers playing together at Tennessee. I will put our passing game up against any in college football, especially when the players learn and are comfortable with the total offense.

I think his brother is gonna have a big year in 2022 for us. I know a lot of people were disappointed in 2021, but injuries disrupted the first half of the season for him. He had a very good start to the season in the BG game. Then got hurt in the 1st Q vs Pitt and got passed up on the depth chart. Not a lot of opportunities the rest of the way.

I don’t think any receiver is a must get. People going to be running wide open in this system regardless it seems. I do think he is a very good player and possibly will make teams pay more when he gets open.

I think it’s rare anyone is a must get, and I see the term used everywhere on this board. Late in the cycle when there aren’t many options left is when someone maybe becomes a must get. Verse could be considered a must get (if we want to be in Atlanta.) Definitely agree with you on no receivers being a must get in this offense.

Get him on that Jugs machine and I’ll believe it.

An elite edge rusher and QB can change a lot of what you can do. If we’re going to throw NIL money at limited prospects there’s where I would focus.

success wise recently yes
Louisville has been more successful recently. Are they a major program now? NIL will change the landscape for better or worse. Clemson won’t be a relevant program in a few years. Tennessee better get serious about football really fast or they will get left behind also.

Clemson is a big market financially that has been to a couple championships and won one, they have been one of the big, premier schools over the last couple of years. We've gone 5-5 with Vandy over the last 10 years. With the way it's trending we should be back up there soon with Heupel tho

Part of Clemson's rise was due to our demise though. Many of the star players Clemson had would've been kids Tennessee typically gets.
