Definitely but those camp laser times can be off a little based on how they're set up. But it would likely be the same amount off for every player that ran at that camp. So if it shaved a tenth for 1 player it would shave a tenth for every player.

Being off by a whole 10th of a second would be pretty large error I would think surely they would get within a few 100ths of a second but hey I'm no expert
