'24 SC WR Mazeo Bennett (uscjr)

I'm not salty at all.

This is just a really dumb move.
One of the dumbest moves I've seen from a recruit in long time
You’re mad at a player who decommitted from Tennessee so instead of taking it in stride, you take little pot shots at his intelligence on a message board.

If you weren’t salty you wouldn’t have replied. I didn’t even quote you and you still bit the hook. Nothing says “mature adult” like calling a teenager stupid behind an anonymous username. You’re embarrassing.

Ain’t nobody salty, 😂 just pointing out his mistake. I have absolutely 0 concern about WR recruiting

Dude left the #1 offense in the country for one of the historically worst OCs in NFL history
Maybe, just maybe, there’s more going into his decision than statistics? It’s the biggest decision of his life and he rushed it, it’s pretty reasonable that he would step back and rethink his options. None of us know about the relationships he’s built with the coaches that are recruiting him.

You can deny all you want but calling a player dumb for decommitting from Tennessee a year away from signing day is absolutely salty and insecure.

The mistake was committing so early. We are still over a year away from his signing day

lol....this thread is why message boards get a bad name..... the sad thing is i actually hope this is a lot of trolling...cause if not.........

Some of y’all get your panties in a bunch quick. The kid decomitted. He’s like what…16ish? Try to tell me you were more level headed at his age 😂. It happens… hopefully he ends up back in orange, but if not…it’s okay. Best of luck to him either way. Im sure he’ll be fine with whatever he chooses, and I have little doubt that we will be fine as well. Y’all need to chill.

There's something to state pride and playing for the University that represents home. If that's what he wants, good luck except when he plays us.

I think we'll be fine selling our offense to recruits.

Velus Jones
Before - lightly used portal transfer, 52 total catches over 3 seasons
After- 62 catch season and a 3rd round NFL pick

Cedric Tillman
Before - 2-Star recruit w/no other major offers, 8 catches in 3 seasons
After - 1,000 yard season w/12 TDs, ranked 36th best overall prospect in upcoming NFL draft

Jalin Hyatt
Before - undersized speedster w/no offers from in-state programs
After - Biletnikoff winner as best WR in college football, future 1st round draft pick

I’ll also bring up Ramel Keyton. Never thought he would play for us but he’s come along nicely as a 2/3 receiver.

Excited to see our WR development. White and Nimrod have some good promise.

I honestly thought Keyton would have been drafted this year, but mannnnn was I wrong. Seeing some of the catches this dude made in HS and his confidence, I thought would translate immediately. Glad he is doing well now. I hope to see a big year from him.

This needs to be a tweet after the draft

Not worried about losing him at all if we can get Wingo and Paylor. Maybe we make a push for Jordan Anderson now. I’d rather have him anyway considering he already has great chemistry with Nico
There will be a lot of new names at the position. Not worried about WR recruiting.

Yeah, and Bru too. As well as our TEs. But it would've been a really long post and I had to get some work done. ;-)
