This was more the case when the two of us were competing for the East. It really doesn't matter now.

Common folk lore in the 90's said that Florida didn't want to come to Knoxville and Lexington in November because it could be cold. Note that they always play Kentucky in September too.

People only PERCEIVED Tennessee as being better at the end of the year, but that was only because of who we played on our schedule in November. Its hard to look bad when you play UK, Vandy and a cupcake. Our bowl record didnt suggest we were a better team at the end.

the florida game got pushed back because of playing kentucky. kentucky moved the Louisville game toward the end of the season, just how the scheduling had to work out
