I quoted the wrong post. But you said Scotty made the wrong decision. Just wondering what decision would have allowed him to play in the NBA at any point?

IMO i would have came back and played for ccm this year and really tried to take advantage of 1 more year of school. i know the draft this year will be better but i truly believe scotty is the only thing holding scotty back. if hed have come in who knows maybe he would have improved enough for an invite to a camp. now do i think it would have matter, no probably not i just dont think scotty has the drive or mindsight to improve the amount that he needs to which is so frustrating because he has all the tools to do it.

with that said i dont know what his situation was, i know that he wasnt coming from the most ideal family situation so maybe he figured he'd go now make the money and better his family. as you said i really dont think it would have mattered what he would have done, i just wish he would get the ethics of a stokes because i think thats his problem but if it hasnt changed yet i dont see it ever.

I really wish Scotty would have played his senior season, he would have helped our team out in many, many ways, that said, he is gone and I hope he makes it to the NBA to represent our Vols with Tobias, good luck Scotty!!

He should still be here. Hes a dummy. But good for him of achieving his dream and making 6 figures in Greece.

Nope. He achieved his dream and is playing in the league.

Unlike you who blindly support everybody no matter what, I do not bash on every single person. I actually watch and form my own opinions, whether good or bad. Dont put me in that boat. Scotty should be here, Tobias shouldn't.

Nope Tobias could've come back and been a first round pick and blah blah blah. Why should Scotty have come back? He wanted to be drafted, last years draft was his best chance to achieve that goal.

You are trash bashing a player that has done nothing wrong. Scotty represented this University well both on and off the court.

I recommend you hop off the bandwagon now that Bruce is gone. The football forum could use some a few more threads like this.

Hell, turn in your fan card, because you aren't one.

But Scotty isn't so whats the point in bashing him for trying? It's silly. I agree Scotty was inconsistant but without him, we don't beat Pitt and a bunch of other teams last year.
