Baker was terrible and barely saw significant action. How Tatum still managed to get big min is beyond me this season. We only got Baker cause it was a package deal for Yarbrough IMO

I agree, was half-kidding with my comparison. Baker was a package deal. He was great for the football team though

While Hopson has not yet played up to his potential, he is still miles ahead of Yarborough. Vincent was a leaper with no ouside shot and no handle. One of the most over-rated prospects we ever signed, IMO. At least Scotty can shoot from outside a bit, plus Scotty at least thinks about what he is doing, even if he can't always execute. Vincent was all over the place.

Wow, that is so completely wrong I dont even think there is a point in arguing over it.

This should really end the debate:

Averaged 21.5 points and 13.0 rebounds in the 2002 SEC Tournament

Yes, that ends the debate. He flourished under a new coach his last year. Is it me or were we not thinking same things anout his after 3 yrs as Hopson. That is why I think he should consider coming back.

Dont know where he was born, but he grew up in IL. Went to school with my younger cousin. He move to Cleveland some time before high school.

Wasn't his parents seperated? I think he lived with his mom moved to I'LL with his father then came back to Cleveland as a teen... I'm from Bradley Co. I could find out for sure.

Dont know about his family stuff. I talked to my cousin today about him. He still has an old class picture with Vincent in it, so I know for sure he was here for a while because they were good friends. Regardless, I would take him over Hopson but they are close for sure in talent.
