I think it is the economy.

I have no question in my mind. When attendance is sagging, nationwide, in all sports, at almost all schools....it is something larger.

And yet with the big drop in UTs attendance, we are still averaging 15,000/game or so, which is probably 2nd in the SEC

6 is too early and 8 is too late? So all games should start exactly at 7? wtf

Where UT basketball was before CBP. While I agree that with this roster, CM needs to fish or cut bait, he's still averaging higher attendance than any coach other than CPB for the last 35 years. This, despite the fact that he did not inherit a very good team in his first season. Just like everyone else, I'd like to see CBP back as head coach, but if Cuonzo came to UT after Buzz Peterson and did what he's doing, they would be measuring him for a statue. I think this might be the most talented roster that UT has had in my lifetime and it would be a shame if they did not make the NCAA's, but CM's teams have had a track record of finishing strong, it's just been too little, too late. Let's hope they turn things around this year.

That would make as much sense as hanging an "NIT Appearances" banner in TBA.

Oh, wait....
