SEC is garbage

The only one that did not meet expectations was LSU. The others were predicted to lose.

South Carolina looked pretty bad in their loss. Not competitive.

What????? A decent team..... They are predicted to finish dead last in the ACC.

At least they are in the ACC. Not a Missouri Valley Conference or Sunbelt team. Granted we play slop this weekend as well.

Florida, LSU, South Carolina all looked terrible in losses.

Vandy isn't that good either.

SEC is 1-3 in Power 5 games.

Just curious. If you think the SEC is garbage, what's your view of the other conferences?

Yes, the SEC didnt fare well. At the same time you had the:

Pac 12 champs play a bottom tier SEC team

FSU, likely the top ACC team plays the 3rd or 4th best SEC team

North Carolina, the 3rd best team in the ACC, played a middle of the road SEC team.

South Carolina wasn't middle of the road, most had them in top 25.

The first point is correct although Florida likely will finish higher than people think. They just do that normally.

SEC hasn't faired well when they go West.

Even Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee all lost their most recent OOC games West of Texas.

Florida was in a three way tie for second to last in the SEC east last year. Lost to the PaC 12s best team at their place.

SC was third in their division, lost to number one in their division.

LSU is the only one that "should" have won.

Vandy always looks like crap.

I think it's a bit early to be calling the SEC trash.
