7-9. The SEC isn't very good this year. We won't beat any of the top tier teams (Kentucky, LSU, Bama, Miss State), but I think we can easily get the bottom feaders. I can see 9-7 to 6-10 for the Vols, most likely 7-9.

Also, those last two games are toss ups for me, but I went with losses because the LSU game is on the road, and Vandy is more talented than us.

ok, almost made an idiotic post. i mainly follow football and for some reason just assumed this was football related and was trying like hell to figure out how we had 16 conference games in a 12 game season lol, u had me confused as crap there for a minute. gotta stay off the webs this late, messin with my brain.

Hopefully Stokes turns out to be the next Carmello Anthony. But without having seen him play, and as things stand now, I'm going with 5-11. Fortunately we get Ole Miss at home.

The only team that I think I can say with a decent amount of certainty that we are better than is Auburn.

I think we will split the 16 games and go 8-8, but that could just be my optimism talking.

we'll be luck to win 5 games this year. I don't see upsetting anyone and i'm sure we'll be upset by at least a couple of teams.

I am concerned we will get off to such a slow start, because of the schedule, that the negative momentum we build up will cause us to also lose to the bad teams. It will be tough for the staff to keep it together. Hopefully, the new kid's presence is a spark.

You are right 6 might be it but who thought we would beat Fla.Just not sure who will show up on a given night and bigger yet who can put it in the hole on a given night

The question is, can they play like this on the road and can they string two 40 minute performances together against good teams.
We'll find out Thursday when they go to Miss State.
Miss State could be another one of those Paper Dragons that one of CCM's critics refers to florida as.
MS lost to Akron at home and has one questionable signature win against WV.
Who can make valid predictions at this point.

I think we have one more upset in us...just worried about road sec games. Thursday will be good barometer.

Ole Miss is in the tank after kicking out Dundrecous Nelson and Jamal Jones. Now, the closest games I see is vs. Arkansas and since it's at home, I like our chances. Especially with the addition of Stokes.

Who knows, if he's better than expected, we might finish in the top half of the SEC which would be a stellar first season for Cuonzo
