The 2022 Vols aren’t afraid of anybody or any team. If they were impressed by prognostication, then Levi’s would have been the clear NFL first rounder he was propped up to be.

Fans shouldn’t be fearful. Why is anyone even a little bit afraid? Georgia should be afraid. They have everything to lose in an unexpected #1 vs #2 matchup at home as defending champs. The Vols are lighting it up!!! And defense is playing lights out!!! Fear isn’t even close to the emotion going in to Athens.

Georgia’s Missou and Kent State games should reduce your fears. Watch those games and come up with another description for what you feel.

I would like to think that they did this to put the Mid West Voters on Notice because of the debacle in 1997. Maybe a little reverse Psychology, who knows but using a Defensive Back makes one wonder that it was ok let's not screw another Tennessee Player because of the Mid West vote again. Majors, Manning, Lauricella and Shuler Three were deserving of the Heisman.
