Mizzou should be an easy W. Even if they keep our offense in check for a while their D will get tired.

Why does Pinkel never get mentioned for jobs?..the guy can coach

He's not exactly an exciting hire, but probably more important he's going to turn 64 next year...he's a little too old and doesn't offer that "long-term here if successful" potential that the bigger schools want their possible hirings to have.

Agreed. Just load the box and shut down Hansborough. I think our O-Line is substantially better than MSU's. They are riddled with injuries up front.

For some reason my wife's family members won't text me back about their thoughts on the game.

Crappy team in a crappy area with a crappy football history. Don't see the appeal of playing there, but you gotta give credit to their DL. They're always nasty.

I've always been told they're oddly analogous to Ole Miss when it comes football history...a lot of middle of the road years, some really good seasons, but for some reason - no matter how good they are in those good years - come the end of the year neither program can seemingly ever quite break through that ceiling to begin reaching the next level.

Love it. We owe Mizzou a serious beating. I hope Kerbyson is ready to knock this Harris kid on his arse.

You don't even need to load the box. Hansborough and the RBs have been pretty far from effective all season.

I've lived up by Columbia. I would move back there. Nice little college town

If Butch loses to Mizzou this year I may turn on him.

Population or city-wise?

Because St Louis isn't bad...I've been told Kansas City can be pretty enjoyable also.

St. Louis isn't too bad, never been to KC. I was referring to most of the Southern half of the state in particular. Only thing to come out of there was Sheryl Crowe.

If you are only referring to the bootheel. Then maybe. Springfield is also nice

Their run defense seems to be playing fairly well defending the run (for a game far enough off, it looks like the leading rusher's Prescott with about 30 yards), or has Miss St struggled running the ball this season?

I'm guessing more of their focus when playing UT is going to be on the rushing aspects of our offensive play style.

I would be hesitant to say that St. Louis is a prime destination minus the obvious landmarks. I have a friend that goes to Mizzou, seems to be liking it reasonably well.
