I DO think Butch needs to pay attention. Because what Mcelwan has, what he knows. is that mistakes are going to happen. F up's are going to happen. That's the "killer" instinct people reference. Not being afraid of the F ups. I don't think Butch is "there" yet. Mcelwain is because he has been here before. Butch will take a minute to learn this, but I think he will be better at it in the long run. He will learn.
