Beautiful custom home. There aren't many homes with that kind of character any more!

Good luck!

It's a very nice house, all it's missing is a golf course :)

We have a pretty tough 9 hole golf course, Circle Bar Golf Club, with two sets of tees. It plays to a 123 slope for 18 and has postage stamp greens. Cost $50 a month for unlimited golf for my wife and me. It's a 501c3 Non-profit semi-private course. It's great for the family, we charge $1 for kids to play. Pace is fast and we have little pressure on the course....

Course is 5 miles from the house.

Thanks...

Yesterday out of the blue, this couple pulled in the drive way, we were working in the yard, they asked if we were the owners. When we said yes, they explained that the architect was their son. They told us a few things about the construction of the house, contractors etc. some info we knew some we didn't. Very nice couple we gave them a tour.

How does a Chinese photographer afford a place like that ?

I think she's more "artist" photographer than someone doing wedding photos and yearbook photos. I just know she's Chinese because they said her parents come and stay for extended periods. She wants to build a guest cottage on the property.

I don't know if its still true, but some time ago the "expat" Chinese constituted the 5th largest GDP in the world. So they have money.

Beautiful home. I'm sure it will sell quickly.

Some of the Chinese folks coming to the US are very wealthy. Even the students. I read where the Mercedes Benz dealership in West Lafayette, In (Purdue University) has hired a Chinese salesman just to take care of the students who are buying Mercedes for their car in the US!

Yea, it's a pretty nice place. Of course if you are a "Duck" fan, it's just 45 minutes to Autzen..:)

As of today sounds like we definitely have one offer coming in and probably two more. Now it's wait and see who's willing to and has the financing to make it work.
