Kidding......he doesn't need to show leadership....just put the ball between the uprights, high in the air, and on the corner on the 1 yard line.

Did you read his comments about the confidence this staff is showing him? Kicking game is mental. His technique isn't a problem.

The good news is,is that after all the changes these Seniors have gone through. Coach changes, scheme changes, losing seasons, they are now fired up more so than ever. They are determined not leave on a sour note. You can see it in there eyes. These seniors will not be denied too much this year...THEY WILL LEAD us to a bowl game.Bank on it.(8-4)

I was thinking he committed NSD of 2009 (a year before his LOI was signed). That would put it at 4.5 years if memory serves.

He had committed to Kiffin before he bolted, then he stuck with his commitment when Dooley was hired. We need more 'Nooga boys!

I'm not trying to hate on J. Smith. But as of right now he has been a little bit of a bust. I know some of the players are late bloomers. Which I believe Smith is one of them. I saw how much of a physical freak he was coming out of high school. I thought this guy is gonna be an absolute monster coming off the edge. But he seems to have trouble finding his MEAN STREAK. I hope he taps into it this year and give teams hell.
