The kid is going to be okay. He's had a shell-shocked year and is just now getting some of his good stuff back. It was a good call, a good throw, and an uplifting moment for Ainge and the rest of the team. They may not have played up to their potential, but they haven't totally given up.

Give him a break. I probably would have done worse. He needed something to help fuel his comeback. Give him time and he and Crompton will bring us back to where we ought to be if we can get some heads up coaching.

As I have said before,Ainge freaks when under pressure.I hope with more experience this problem goes away.He did some good things in that ballgame but he also did some ignorant things as well.

I've seen a couple of players get in other players' faces when they've screwed up, and I was proud of it. Seems like Simon or somebody did it a couple of weeks ago after a personal foul. I keep wishing the entire defense would take turns kicking the butts of the idiots who fumble, especially those punts.

Did anybody besides me see PF getting all exercised and saying bad words on the sidelines yesterday? Gee whiz, you'd have thought he was worried about the game or something. I didn't see a lot of hand clapping either.

It was the Florida game of 1994 and UT was getting their heads handed to them to the tune of 31-0 at the time.

Bingo!!

Notice how he had to check back into reality when he took that hit on his scramble out of the pocket and got the helmet-helmet contact penalty?

He was finished at that point, time then or time later.

He is scared too death. Once this happens an athlete is done. Ainge is a P---y and his career is over. Send him back out west, today!

He has developed bad habits after being poorly coached, and he has been put in bad situations with playcalling.

He is doing what every other Vol seems to be doing including Lucas Taylor, the supposed second coming of Mark Jones. He is making repetitive, correctable mistakes.

I am in your corner 99% of the time Sarge, but you are taking this too far.
