September 10, 2024 Presidential Debate Thread. (Insert snarky subtitles here.)

I lost a bet with a friend. I said it would only take 10 minutes for him to go bat 💩 off the rails and it took 30. But he is definitely off the rail again and can’t shut up. And that is what is going to end up getting him beat. The attitude simply turns off reasonable people. Doesn’t matter who is running against him. Kamala was simply in the right place at the right time.
Is he wrong though?

I’m voting for neither, but IMO the moderators may be slightly left but I don’t think it’s 3 vs 1. They called out Kamala on all of the positions she reversed with fracking, ect. The difference is she is addressing them instead of talking about pets being eaten and saying immigration over and over again.

I honestly find both really hard to listen to.

Especially since Trump did little to nothing to deport those already in the country while he was POTUS....
Trump had remain in Mexico and Biden did away with it on day one and created this mess. Trump deported plenty of people b ut also prevented them from coming in the first place

She completely dodged the policy reversals.

Don’t start this sorority stuff.
Well that's where she was in New Orleans I believe it was.
When he says everything is historical and the best/worst ever in the history of everything whether he is casting blame or taking credit I would say he is wrong.
I don't like it either but it's his way of talking. Always has been, always will be.
