Serious Question, what happens when we lose tomorrow night?

They're playing for an 11 seed tonight. Has nothing to do with being a 'negavol', it's called reality.

When they put up the scoring graphic on your TV screen, they'll both have an 11 next to their name. Whatever you all them, they're in the tournament.

Good thing these guys didn't start in today's game

600 club

M. Krzyzewski 111-106 (.512) First 8 years
D. Smith 66 - 47 (.584) First 5 years
J. Calhoun 94 - 82 (.534) First 7 Years
E. Sutton 82 - 50 (.621) 5 Years with Creighton

And many more you could look up and please don't argue they played less games, winning percentage is still winning percentage.

C. Martin 121–81 (.599) First 6 years (through tonight)

They would have never made it past year 3 in today's game.

By the way GO VOLS!!!!!!!!!!

To take this in context.

Jim Calhoun started at Division II Northeastern, even today you get much more leeway at Division II schools.

Dean Smith went to the Final Four his 6th, 7th, and 8th season. He was improving the team each year prior to that.

Coach K won 19 and 20 games in two of his first few years at Army. A program so bad that's never in it's entire history been to the NCAA tournament with Bobby Knight and K coaching there. Those are two of their 10 best seasons ever. He signed dominating recruiting classes his second and third year at Duke. The rest is history.

Sutton actually started at Southern Idaho and went 84-14 before going to Creighton. Though in his 5th year there he went 23-7 and lost in the final 16.

The other thing, only Smith from that group was at a major school so quickly.

Is the rhyme supposed to be funny?

I don't think Tennessee pulls the trigger, regardless of tonight's outcome.

idk, I think it depends on how we get beat. If we come out and aren't very competitive and get blown out, I could see him getting fired. If we lose a close one, he probably stays.

I'll be honest. I'm a little jaded when it comes to coaching hires.
