So, just to be clear, when we lose it's because of Raleigh, but when we win it's despite him?
Stuff happens. Looks like we left the weekend better than we started. Let's give it more than 2 weeks.
Finally, a voice of reason. Baseball is a game of ups and downs. Everyone just sit back and relax. We'll find out what this team is made of when SEC play starts. I , for one, still have high hopes. Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? I DONT THINK SO! Haha! GO VOLS!

I don't know that Raleigh is that great of a coach, but you can't tell too much about a team this early in the season. To me, it seems like this team has potential, they're just inconsistent.
In all fairness you can certainly see how well a team is coached from the get-go.
With that said when you play teams like UT did this weekend, you're going to get their very best. These types of games are tough on the more talented team. It's hard to get up for sucky teams you play at the beginning of the year.
Is it am excuse to play .500 against them? Hell no, but it does happen.

I haven't been able to see too many of his games, but it seems like we need relief and mid-week pitching to come around, and to figure out some dead-outs in the middle of the lineup.
From seeing gametrackers and notes here, it seems we have no problem getting guys on and over, we just can't do anything with them once they're there.
Aluminum bats will do that to you. Make a brother scared to bring that heater in too. This point in the year pitchers will always have the advantage.
But the get 'em on, get 'em over and get 'em in is a lost art in college baseball today. Too many people waiting around for the 3-run bomb. Todd Raleigh is one of those who is waiting around for it.

That'd be ok if you had guys in the lineup that could hit the 3run bomb. I might be wrong, but our runs must be coming from the bottom of the order getting on, and the top getting them around. I can't figure how we leave that many on.
