My suggestions are logging out and back in, using the mark all as read link, and or clearing your cache. Let me know as several people seem to be having this issue.
Since you can login on one device but not another that tells me it has to be something in your cache. Try clearing your cache and temporary internet files.
I cleared my cache on my PC. But I get the same thing on phone, and PC. I only see subscribed threads before 11-30 (which don't really have new replies) and today after the most recent time I logged in. Weird. It wiped a whole week out or something.
eta: OK, sorry, just got your email. (Dinner called.) I posted "test" above without clearing my cache or clicking "mark all as read", etc. It just went OK.

After posting this, I tried going to a thread and got the white page/ db error. But I think it was while you were making your latest fix, and it seems to be back now.
All I can say is, you have a lot more patience than I. I would have taken a baseball bat to the server by now!
Noticing some threads in the different forums will have new posts but not be bolded as having new posts so when you click on it it goes to the end of the thread not the first unread post. I have logged out and back in twice and still doing it

The bolds were working for me last evening, but today they only seem to indicate brand new threads that I haven't read yet. When I click on a thread that I had partly read, my phone takes me to the very last post (as it did before if I had read all the others. But I haven't.) puzzling
I'm pretty sure the new thread issue has to do with the server time error. If I'm right, that should correct itself by this evening for those having issues. Please keep me updated in this thread.
The server seems to be running well today and I haven't noticed any speed issues on my end.
