Anyone who buys this as the actual facts of the matter has rocks for brains. And how covenient Rahm is out of the country until Monday. One has to admit, after initially botching the response to this, there is a good chance this might go away. Slippery little devils.

Yes, and it appears an offer to be Sec of the Navy was not, in fact made. Nor was there anything else of any substance, offered. But Sestak made it sound like it was because he was all full of himself for having gotten the nomination in spite of the Dem machine trying to keep it for Specter.

Sestak realizes that all he has done is give the TPers something lame to glomb onto in hopes of ginning up a controversy where there is none.

whoops, back at you.

Pure speculation at this point.

As far as the second. These are your people LG. Pretty stupid move IF there is nothing to it.

None of this explains the need for the tight lipped responses over the past week and certainly doesn't explain the need for WH legal counsel to create the coordinated response.

Guess that's the long version of droski's asking for some sense.

don't expect LG's hero, Olberman, to engage in any investigative journalism

and with Slick Willy involved we can be assured no one is lying about what happened

Now don't you go profiling Bubba, the first black president, the only president ever impeached for perjury, that would be racist of you.

Although this is a trajic chapter in the history of America, it does have a certain humorous entertainment value.
