Context for these emails is provided on pg 128 and 129. The pages above appear to be excerpts from an analysis paper on the Internet Research Agency. One of the Russian troll farms.

But that alone doesn’t prove or disprove anything, it’s just a high level glossing over summary but proves nothing. The emails are real, the context provided is that they are disinformation. No proof is provided one way or the other.

The head scratcher to me is why credit non public emails to the Internet Research Agency? That isn’t how they work, they are social media manipulators so using non public emails really does them no good. Gets back to no supporting data linking the emails to the Russians or the context of how they did this if they did.
