the point is that a good coach is both and should not be judged meerly by wins and loses......

My reading comprehension tells me now at 7:50pm you now are coming around to reality that wins and loses do figure into judging a coach along with off the field issues which every poster in this thread has been stating all along.

What changed throughout the day?

Did you find out that those "thanks for playing" awards that you received as a kid for finishing last in little league were worthless?

I have kept up with girls basketball since the 70's and I did notice that Shelbyville has really fallen off in the last couple of years. What's going on down there? I know that when Insell was there, they would get players from all over to come there. What's up?

They stopped cheating.

The moral of the this story is when TTown is proven to have a foolish opinion that bounces around like a hooker in the night he just claims that idiotic opinion was used to stir the pot. I am not buying that excuse for having such an idiot opinion.

Arguing within the context of a conversation is not trolling, kid.

But thank you for admitting to everybody you're an immature person -- although I'm sure most can figure out you were a teenage douchebag beforehand.

There is talent there. You had a sophomore and a freshmen
playing major minutes last year. I have watched them play in two spring tournaments this year. Some other young kids are stepping up.They will compete for the district this year. Tullahoma will be the favorite but SCHS
will be give them a run.

I hope you're right, but I'm still skeptical. Last season was the worst team we've had in probably 15 years.

Question, could the former boys coach not have taken over both programs. A couple schools have done so with promising results

Too much. That doesn't happen at schools serious about both programs imo

Yeah that's not very feasible. Only schools that are really doing some cost-cutting would even consider this, imo. We have plenty of resources, so I feel comfortable saying that was never an option.
