Not true at all that is just a saying. I went from running 4.5 to a 4.3 in a summer with proper coaching

I am not sure. I wanted to see more speed from the team. We didn't recruit the slowest players in the SEC, but sure looked like it

Good point. AJ wouldn't have gotten bigger without him. Prob would've gotten smaller.
