I hope everyone gets off Randy so i don't have to read another one of your "let's piss off Sarge" posts...It's sorta irritating like when someone double posts all the time.
ha ha. He is explaining the final pieces of Offensive Football 101 to his prized recruit, failed QB, under grad coach, assist coach and now (cough, cough,) Offensive Coordinator. We will see this show on saturday, tune in.
Time to lay off RS we all have expressed our opinions and now is the time to support the team, no matter what happens the rest of the year he is here to stay, after the season we can send the moving van for RS.
:stop:
Well it doesn't matter to me whether Randy goes or stays. I have said this many times that the offense WILL NOT change with a new offensive coordinator. The offensive coordinator reflects the head coach's wishes. Fulmer (and all head coaches) will have the offensive coordinator that coaches and calls plays to their liking. Also, Fulmer has the head set on and hears every play that is called with the option of changing it if he desires. Now if the new offensive coordinator should be a better teacher in practice, etc. it might make a difference but there would be no significant difference in the offense or play calling.

Agreed...100%...they confer on plays...Phillip doesn't just listen.

...and unless everybody on here is at practice...they don't know what the coaches are or are not doing....duh!
No, he sucks......no way he should coach on a Top 10 program's staff. He is consistently the worst OC of any top D1 program in the country...If you like ranking in the 100's in total offense then fine, but not me.
