Should I tell the NCAA?

Absolutely do it, they would. Bama has been doing this forever, the guy in Gadsden has and was looked into. Supposedly the loophole they use is they give them a real,real low car payment and tack on the end. Kind of like a baloon payment. Then by time they leave Alabama they either can pay for it with their NFL money,their job or sometimes the booster takes care of it or the dealership. There is all kind of ways they do it.

So if you have a cousin in Alabama isn't it possible he could also be your brother? Cousins are expendable...brothers are forever.
