I am so sorry VOLNATION lets keep this post alive.

I was so touched reading this story last night it made this grown man cry.

I am so sorry for this family and I truly met no harm by making this post. Thank you to those that made me aware.

She was a beautiful young lady. I'm so sorry for her family and my thoughts and prayers are with them.

People of faith should have sympathy for the sick and the poor, the example was set thousands of years ago.

A true Vol in every sense of the word. She never shyed away from adversity, and faced the toughest of circumstances with an open heart and a smile. No more pain or suffering for Katelyn. She brought out the best in our community during the worst of times. I've never seen people in this area come together the way they did for her, and that's what makes me proud to call this state my home. Please everyone, keep this girl and her family in your hearts, and never take for granted just how lucky we can be.

Her story hurts. I have an eight year old daughter and no parent should out live their child. No child should have to endure cancer. I pray they find a cure for all cancer. She was a beautiful young lady.

Sounds like this young lady was very brave through an extreme illness and passed away, not before some of our Vols could represent and show their character, and it touched many of you, as it should have.

Beyond that, be careful ...

Kate is a inspiration to many. She fought with everything she had, she made the best of the time she had. A lot of people could take something from Kate, I know I sure did reading her story. My heart goes out to her family as they deal with this difficult time. RIP Kate

It's all about doing the right thing in the end. Its about helping out the person next to you because you want to. It doesn't require anything other than heart.

Some of you may have been lucky enough to never see what Cancer does to a person. I have seen it in adults as well as children. It takes a special person to show the fight and determination as well as love and compassion all at the same time to fight this nasty,ugly disease. What they have to go through everyday, this little girl is truly an angel.

Overreaction and misunderstanding describe your post perfectly... He really needed to be enlightened by you of all people that faith isn't required? You are in a position to make that determination and warn the rest of us of it? And it matters to you what the mans position on faith is? You sir, are the one who read something that isn't there.
