Since our game is on ESPN, I hope that...

Normally I am in a feeling no pain state of mind by gametime and Gottfrieds drunken ramblings sound like clear sober words to me.

I can't stand Sean McDunnough (sp?). He's as bad as that Gator homer they had in the booth for the Florida game.
Yeah, I hear that.....I told my Dad and girlfriend while we were watching the game listening to him make some of the comments that he did when something would go against us or go in the gators favor that you could defnitely tell who they were cheering for

Man! What a great day for SEC TV coverage Saturday!
Vols vs Memphis
then
Bama vs Florida
then
Dawgs vs Ole Miss
and finally
Auburn vs South Carolina

I don't know about anybody else but I'm chaining myself to the recliner all day Saturday.
Lots of games. Just no quality. That's four bad matchups.

Auburn/SC is Thursday night.
yep...but does it really matter? i can't think that Spurrier is excited at the prospect of a national tv audience being available to see him get crushed by Auburn, in Columbia.

the only game that has any real flair is the Bama/UF game...and i have a feeling that UF may wipe up the floor with 'em. but i thought that last year too...

and that UGA/Ole Miss game has taken a new light seeing what they did last week against Colorado. It will be interesting to see how UGA responds to that ugly, ugly game on the road in the SEC. Ole Miss is vastly undermanned, but i thought the same of Colorado. At this point, i'm hoping that UGA continues to look like crap.

So hopefully he doesn't chain himself there Thursday night, because he'll have a boring Friday.

Just the thought of this thread will drive rwemyss to homicide I fear.
   Tidwell, you know me too well.

Good thing it was determined that the BEAST wouldn't be calling the game before I saw the thread. It would have been a shame to throw a chair through the window for no reason. :)

The only good game in the ACC that's on Saturday is Virginia Tech and Georgia Tech....Personally I hope GA Tech wins that game, it'd help us in the polls...Just a spot but every one you get now counts...I think that the Auburn and SC game will be better than what everyone is expecting it to be....Spurrier isn't going to want to get absolutely dominated on National TV, that would make their season to take down the #2 team in the country

Games #2 and #3 are interesting, but the other two should be over in the first 15 minutes.

Auburn will put a hurting on them. Spurrier may come up with some gimmicks to keep them off balance for a little bit, but the 'cocks are so outclassed talent-wise that it cannot help but come out after the half time adjustments get made, if not earlier.

Oh I agree, I think they'll get killed but I don't see Spurrier going down without a fight ya know what I'm saying? I'm with you Lawgator, I think they're definitely outclasses talent-wise but with Spurrier on your sideline you've always got a chance....I remember last year though, Auburn was up on Spurrier 42-0 and they were still throwing trying to run the score up on him....Hope that's how it goes Thursday night

Yeah, this Auburn-South Carolina match-up has really turned out to be a real bummer. Especially since Auburn is running the 'Cocks out of the stadium. 8 minutes left and Auburn is blowing them out 24-17!:whistling: :whistling:
