umm... how the hell is anything being overlooked? there was a press conference , it was all over radio and tv, in the papers. nobody is denying any wrongdoing. quite the contrary, he admitted wrongdoing.

riddle me this : how can anyone talk about it and overlook it at the same time?

The semantics games are cute, but you, like the majority here, are asking the minority to simply act as if this absolutely insignificant and to support Pearl as if nothing happened here. Clearly a large group of people think that makes you a values voided clown. It's actually worse that we have people like you who would prefer that everyone simply move on and accept the status quo, which is something I would expect from Kentucky idiots.

Whimsically minimizing this by comparing it to speeding and calling the response hyperbole is trying to rationalize the situation away.

FYI, we had a press conference and hammered our coaches and program for systematically trying to beat the system and cover it up. How in the hell does that fit your speeding ticket hyperbole lunacy?

I am speaking to the fact that he messed up but he did what was respectable.

Maybe what should be in more question is how many of you are quick to kick a man when he is down. And your own schools coach. Shame....

No, I don't. I have a hard enough time trying to manage my own life, in the grand scheme of things UT basketball to me is just entertainment and a sport played at my favorite university. The "cover-up" is the entire reason this is getting ESPN headlines
