Should have been 15 yards and Alabama keeps the ball.

Alabama keeps the ball no matter what that's not a question or debatable. As with most of the other guys on this thread so far. I disagree, was legal. Just how I saw it

Again, unless helmet to helmet or some other rule violation

It was helmet to helmet. Just showed it again.

Just saw it again. That I can be fine with

Edit: I mostly just didn't agree with Gary going off about hitting a quarterback, bc I don't believe you are a quarterback in that situation

I agree that if it had been called on the field there would be little to argue, however suspending the kid for a whole game after the fact is a but absurd. Even if it were called on the field he would not have been ejected. We shouldnt let bureaucrats in some office go over every second of film with a fine-toothed comb and re-refereeing the game. Either leave it as is, a no call and go back to the time honoured tradition of *****ing about the officials, or run the risk of further allowing committees determining the fate of college football rather than having things settled in the 60 minutes on the field.

They have to protect precious Bama at all cost! I'm for ND over either of these SEC teams!!

These guys are playing at a level that the Vols cannot even dream about right now.

Can you believe that "no call" on the Murray hit. Once again the Slive's SEC officials are paving the way for Alabama again. Geesh ... will it ever end?

Slive needs to go, I for one would be glad to see that weasel gone.

Looked like it was helmet to helmet to me too. It was definetly a cheap shot even if Murray became a defender at that point. The bama player saw a chance to hit him and he took it. I don't have a dog in this race cause i hate both of them. To bad there can't 2 losers in 1 game

Slive is a legend... in his own mind. In reality, Slive is but a sliver of what the SEC needs as its Commissioner.

alabama got hosed on that pass interference call when the refs said the ball was tipped, which it wasn't. Next play, they got the punt blocked for the TD.
