Yes, but as long as only a handful of teams have to play the extra game, it'll be regarded as a play-in game. Eventually they'll expand the field to the point where the first round feels like a real round, but until then people will sneer at it.
Yeah I don't see this as us being in the Tourney, we are playing for an 11 seed, we didn't get put there by the committee, we have to play one more game to get that seeding.
