It is funny, i have seen less and less annoying bammer flags around here over the last couple of weeks, couldnt be any happier!!:pepper:

I think Bama overachieved this year with the talent they had. Unfortunately, their team next year should be much better.

Yeah I've noticed that. I had a Vols Santa hat on top of my x-mas tree when a guy showed up to deliver a refrigerator and said "you must really be fans to have that up"

I just said "nah, you're just not used to fans supporting their team through thick and thin".

Two years on the job and Saban has the same amount of Rings at Bama as Kifiin has in 4 weeks at UT....

Can't get much better than 12-2. And they got all the breaks this year. I agree they should be better as a team but we all know what losing a reliable Sr. QB can do for you.

Bama is 2 years away. They are losing a QB, LT, and possibly RB. They may be good next year but will be scary good in 2 years.

losing wilson may be addition by subtraction. he was a manager in college. but teh only game he actually played at a high level in was against us in 07 when he went off. other than that, he never had, or could, put that team on his back and win a game for them.

not that that was a bad thing. it got 'em 12 wins and in to the BCS..........so it wasn't all bad.

You sure. Did you see the effect of not having Andre Smith had on the offense. Plus, Parker is gone too. I will say they will be lucky to win 10 games next year

They are probably the youngest team in the SEC. If they find a qb as serviceable as wilson was this year they will win the west again next year.

this day and age, getting in to the BCS has the luster if getting in to the final four. no one wants to lose, but it does matter that you're in it.

OK, OSU, USC.......all have been to several consecutive BCS games. they get paid, they get exposure and coverage year in and year out that other teams don't get.......

it matters more to win......yes......but it matters all the same to get in....ask Bob Stoops and Jim Tressell......neither have had the same success in BCS games as Pete Carroll, but do you think anyone really cares all that much if they keep going? to get in to the BCS in the first place ususally means you've done something of note, a la wining your conf. championship, to get there......

They will finish the season ranked in the top 10. Considering where they were when Saban took over, he did a good job. It's been a long time since Alabama finished the season ranked that high.

...with your analysis, if all stays as it seems it will. One never knows with defections, academics, POLICE problems, etc.

I only know one bama fan I can converse with, and I sure as hell ain't crowin about a UTah win until such time I see a UT win.

yep. It only serves to make us look worse for relishing in our rivals defeats because we don't have our own win to celebrate.

they should be more worried with the drives their D gave up than their offense
