Agreed. IMO: He quits on routes and doesn't fight for the ball; some receivers turn bad passes into great catches. So far, he hasn't. He has the size and can hopefully learn the rest.

Lane remains in CBJ's doghouse and is used primarily to spell Neal. CBJ thinks Neal plays "winning football" while Lane makes "some good plays." We'll probably have to use Lane more today, since Dobbs is unlikely to air it out.

I've watched every game and every play, and I haven't got that feeling at all from his play. Not sure what y'all are talking about, but the kid has made some plays for us.
