It's all between the ears for the Lady Vols, and I don't know if we as fans have totally been fair to lay the bulk of blame on Holly. Once again this tourney is proving you only go as far as your point guard (hello, MSU) can take you. Tennessee hasn't even had an adequate one the past few years (sorry but Cooper was too erratic her freshman year). This is about to change. Hayes, Westbrook (even though best suited for 2 guard) and Cooper give us a legit shot finally for excellence at this vital position.

Diamond, make the best decision for yourself, but this fan would love to see you return. Roster depth or talent won't be an excuse. Holly will have to fight for her life to keep her job if next season doesn't result in a FF.

Te'a Cooper will be much better next year most freshman struggle there first year, look at Crystal Dangerfield for Uconn she barley played in the last game. As good as Evina Westbrook, Anastasia Hayes and Rennia Davis are they will also struggle neat year. After watching Kasiyahna Kushkituah play I very happy Mercedes Russell is coming back to give her some time to get used to the college game. Can't wait till next year and hope Diamond DeShields comes back.
