Looks like Jackson, Paul, & Lanier are going to be Vols, throw in Clear & A. Richardson who are going to also be Vols then that will leave us with only 2 spots left.

IMO we close with Dawson & Wright.


Recruits Were Still Very Much In With:

DL-Pagan
DL-Drew (IMO is all Dawg)
DL-M. Johnson (IMO LSU is the team to beat)
LB-Dunaway (Would be a Vol if the staff wanted him, could be a sign & place guy)
DB-Moore Jr. (IMO will stay on the West Coast)
DB-Loften (Have no confidence in him qualifying)

RB-Bigelow (IMO Cal is the team to beat)
RB-Morris (Best chance at a RB, will visit in Jan.)
TE-Rome (IMO is all Dawg)

Also to add before all they greyshirting talk gets started, Hubbs said today he does'nt think Dooley will ask anyone to greyshirt. If he oversigns it will be with guys he knows will need to go to Prep or JUCO.

If we get Wright and Dawson, then this may be the best class in the last 5 years.

Not Jmoore, but even if he were to look around TN wouldn't have room for him. We are set at DB. His more natural position is slot WR IMO, and we got Arnett and Dallas already there so it would be a no there as well.

That being said, he has showed no signs of wavering from Alabama.

Hard to say. I like our chances with Morris (assuming we actually/really want another RB and we put the full-court press on him), and Moore. I don't like our chances with Wright or Dawson between now and NSD.

It'll be 2 out of: Dawson, Pagan, Wright, and Morris. I hope it's Wright and Pagan. I think it'll be Pagan and Morris.

Also, if Lanier, Jackson, and Paul committed tonight, we'd probably be at #12 in Rivals.

On that note, we NEED another DT, IMO, and Wright is our best shot. Just a lot of people saying Barn. If they win a NC, then what?

You would have to think that at the very least Jackson and Paul would get their 4th star if Rivals has saw their game tape. Also, I would hope that Randolph's tape has been seen recently because there is no reason he shouldn't be a top 5 safety in this class. There is absolutely no way in hell a guy can evaluate the film of Jackson, Paul, and Randolph and come away saying that isn't at least a 4* player.

I agree, I heard tonight through the rumor mill around here he was thinking about UT and my comment was the same as yours. Kid is a great talent but I do not think he will ever see the field at Bama and probably would not see it at Tennessee.

We def. need one more DT. However, I think Dooley and staff didn't have the relationships in the JUCO ranks like they will have next year. Also, with Miller moving to DT and having Jackson there, DT looks good with Couch, Jackson, Hughes, Miller, and Walls. Then at DE you have Smith, Bohannon, Martin, Williams and can interchange Jackson and Miller if need be.

If Randolph and Jackson don't get 4th stars, I'll straight up quit listening to recruiting services like Rivals. No expert myself, but dang...

Jac and Martin are going to be beastly at DE next season. And I agree with you. DT looks OK for next year. I almost forgot about Walls since he's been injured for so long.

I like the way our D-Line is shaping up for next year. We need Walls and Martin to come back and hopefully be major contributors next season.
