Softball Says Coach Martin Looking at Keeping Fancher on The Staff.

I dont think he's better, I would just like to see him on staff. Fancher has obviously had coaching experience so he gets the edge over Dane, but I still think in the future he would make a good coach somewhere. So why not give him a shot?

If you are speaking about an assistant coach position why would you "give him a shot" at the SEC level?

GA, video coordinator, special assistant or whatever but we need guys with experience.

Luckily you don't make the decisions

Some people should read other posts before making smart a** remarks. I never knew Fancher had head coaching experience, and I never intended it to sound like I wanted Dane to be an assistant coach right from the start. He has no experience, I want him here, but in small capacity. Like maybe a GA or something in that area.

Did Griffith actually think that last sentence helps make Bradshaw look qualified?

I didn't even notice that gem. But, after learning that Bradshaw has run some individual skills camps for 4 year olds, I'm sold. Sign him up.

To clarify my point, Bradshaw would be an excellent candidate for one of the graduate assistant positions. He would be an utterly ridiculous hire for any other of the open positions.

Surely to God they're not considering him for anything other than a GA.
